Michelle Kenney have tied the knot. The wedding was
held on June 20, 2009 at the Port Allen (Louisiana)

Jacob Younginer, a.k.a. Craig, son of Gloria Dean Bynum Younginer (Thaddeus) has popped the question! He is engaged to wed Ms. Angela Donalds
on July 1, 2010 in Orlando, Florida. Stay tuned for more information.
The Family Reunion
The Bynum-Garig Family Reunion was a success. Thanks to the committee
members for giving of your time to participate in the planning.
Thanks to everyone who helped make this event a success. We are looking
forward to 2011.

Bynum-Garig Scholarship Fund
The scholarship fund was kicked off at the reunion on Friday night. We
raised $124.00 in our first fund-raising effort ($119.50 with the 50/50 raffle +
$4.50 in donations). Scholarship committee members will be announced soon,
so put on your thinking caps and help suggest ways we can increase the fund to
help our students. You are encouraged to volunteer your time for this
committee.

The West Baton Rouge Parish (particularly Lukeville) Bynum family is very large.
In fact, our great-grandparents, Charles Ed and Rebecca Gibson Bynum, had 14
children. Our grandfather was Charles Bynum, a.k.a. "Manny."
To the union of Charles and Mary Garig Bynum was born 9 children, whom you will learn more about at this site. They were, Edna Bynum Spriggs, Elmon Bynum, Sr., Thaddeus Bynum, Sr., Houston Bynum, Ethel Bynum Stallard, Blanche Bynum, Charles Bynum, Jr., Mary Bynum Williams, and Rebecca Bynum Crockett.
